The natural fibres used in the artworks are stained with plant-dyes like avocado pits, cutch, onion skin, sappanwood and many more. resulting in beautiful & vibrant colours. The shadows and details are painted with handmade inks created with Anne’s dye-pots, pigments and other natural resources. Due to the nature of natural dyes the artworks will mature over time and change their colours.
